All About Sea Turtles

Sharing is caring!

June 16th is National Sea Turtle Day, and we are excited to tell you about our All About Sea Turtles unit study! Sea turtles are amazing creatures, and kids will love getting to learn more about them with this exploratory 13-page Montessori-based unit study!

What’s Included:

This unit study begins with a beautiful puzzle featuring the life cycle of a sea turtle. It also has pages for learning about the parts of sea turtle anatomy, Montessori 3-part cards, a page to draw your own sea turtle, and pages for creating a sea turtle journal!

If you haven’t tried journaling with your children, you should! Your children will enjoy looking up information, watching documentaries, or making a trip to the library to find books about sea turtles. Then they can record what they’ve learned in their very own Sea Turtle Journals! For example, did you know that some sea turtles can grow to be 6 feet long and up to 2,000 lbs?
