The State of the Union Address for Kids

I put together an easy to use Bingo printable for the kids to use during the speech. On it, I included topics and buzzwords I expect to be mentioned during the address. All you need to do is print off a copy for your child, and listen close. When they hear the word mentioned, they can mark off the square, and at the end of the speech, you can enjoy a treat as a reward while you discuss the things they heard.
There are four different board to choose from, as well as one blank board. Older students can take the time to create their own custom board. Here are some resources for them to use to learn more about the president’s current initiatives, and current events which are likely to be mentioned during the speech:
