I am SO excited about our newest interactive notebook pack. You can glue these elements on construction paper, on a folder (to make a Lap Book) on inside a composition book.

This interactive notebook includes both color and black and white versions of these research and write activities:

Map of China
Flag of China (write inside)
Places to See in China (have your child write about them on the back of the postcard)
Food (fortune cookie, rice, oranges) (write on back)
Chinese New Years family traditions (write inside)
Zodiac Animals (write inside)
Chinese Traditions & Symbols: red envelope/money, lanterns, lotus flowers, fans, candle, firecrackers, dragon (write inside)

You’ll need some books about China and Chinese New Year, or you can use the internet to do your research. This activity can be adapted to different ages- just change your expectations for each child. Younger kids may just write one word on each element. Older students may write full paragraphs.

You can get this pack in our shop- the color and black and white versions of the book are in the same file, so make sure you indicate which pages you want to print when you send it to the printer! (no one likes wasted ink!)
